Jessica is always the best. Great customer service, friendly and funny. All the workers are so awesome. Thank you all for making mine and my families sandwiches. I'm so sad you guys are closing.
I visited the Lakewood Jimmy John’s and had an experience that left me thoroughly disappointed. I walked in during what appeared to be a very slow time—there was only one family dining. Despite this, no one was at the register when I approached, and I had to wait for someone to show up. Eventually, a man arrived who clearly didn’t want to be there.
