My veggie Sandwich was great
Jessica is always the best. Great customer service, friendly and funny. All the workers are so awesome. Thank you all for making mine and my families sandwiches. I'm so sad you guys are closing.
I visited the Lakewood Jimmy John’s and had an experience that left me thoroughly disappointed. I walked in during what appeared to be a very slow time—there was only one family dining. Despite this, no one was at the register when I approached, and I had to wait for someone to show up. Eventually, a man arrived who clearly didn’t want to be there. I would pay to have it delivered. Giving the customer the option of having an outside delivery company like Uber or DoorDash should be something JJ's should consider as their customer base moves out of their area but still want to receive the food. It is way better than any other sandwich shop and I tell others this all the time.
