Either hire more people or take away the drive-through & delivery. Slowest service I’ve experienced at any Jimmy John’s. It was the lunch rush, but still… the opposite of Freaky Fast.
So here's the thing, just take delivery off your site. We waited almost two hours, made 3 calls about getting our food. We decided to cancel the order but Uber eats dropped it off. The order was incorrect with items missing. This is not the first time we have had difficulties with this JJ. I drove the food back (after 2 hours we didn't need it). This is the slowest jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. We ordered subs here a few times and each time, it is painfully slow and the service is terrible. No eye contact when ordering the food, no acknowledgment you walked in (which you could stand waiting for 10 mins before placing an order). And don’t even try changing the sub. It’ll just get messed up.
Their biggest sub is enough for 2-3 meals. Great deal! The meat, veggies and bread are always fresh.
