Placed an order at the counter as they were closing up for the night and they gave me the wrong one. When I mentioned it was wrong they quickly apologized and made the right one no question asked. They’re really close to my house so I’ll be here more often!
Always quick to the food
All I can say is mistakes happen. A tonight Jimmy John’s manager was really nice about solving the incorrect sandwich. A driver even came I’m out to the house to deliver. While my child opened the bag to find 2 free cookies out in there. Very thoughtful Jimmy John’s and Thank you.
I feel like there's meat missing. I've ordered here before and this is lacking, a lot.
