Terrible ownership. I had an issue with my take-out order, no issues, mistakes happen. I called to get it sorted out, and they said that the owner of the Igou Gap Jimmy Johns would be alerted to, they would call and work out the incorrect to-go order. No one called, I reached back out to Jimmy Johns, they said the owner was alerted. I requested them reach out again, nothing again. Supposed to be a fast eats place. Piss slow. They're just subway at this point. Takes them forever to do not much at all. Is the whole crew quiet quitting? Or are they incompetent? Hard to tell, but it sucks from the customers point of view. Sandwiches are fine once ya get them. They fell off hard on the hustle.
