I wouldn't trust them with a faxed in lunch order, I faxed in an order and called to make sure they got it, the kid said "yeah I think we got it, were really busy not sure how long it will be, I reiterated I was calling to make sure they got my fax its was for 10 subs for a lunch meeting and the kid repeated "im pretty sure we got it were really busy".
