The staff was awesome and went out of their way to help us figure out a complicated order due to some new dietary restrictions for our 3yo. They helped us get the best deal for our whole family while still being safe for our little one to eat. Thanks so much!!!
Placed order around noon for a 5pm pickup, 9 subs. Requested all subs cut in half, none of them were. Site asks for names for on the subs (optional), why do you ask for names on 9 subs, but then add a number on some of them and no name or # on the others? Had to open half of them to figure out what they were. Imagine if this wasn't for our family and was for a work outing or something? Is this normal at all JJs? I'll think twice next time I order subs.
When I want Jimmy John's, I normally go to this one, but when I went this time, it looked pretty messy. Also, I have seen cobwebs multiple times.
The manager is terrible and unprofessional. I ordered online and started walking in when I first noticed the manager smoking outside. She then came in and immediately began making the sandwich. She wasn’t wearing gloves, and I didn’t see her go to the back to wash her hands. I was waiting for her to place my meal on the stand for takeout orders, and within five seconds of putting that sandwich down, she started yelling at us, telling us we needed to check in with her for our meal.
