Great experience today. Jordan was such a pleasant and patient cashier. He seemed genuine with every customer and the rest of the team was freaky fast and thanked us for coming — this level of service is such a rarity today. Five stars!
Today was our second visit at this location. Both times, the service and food was top notch. Great job Jimmy John’s! We are highly satisfied with the level of customer service your employees provide, and will most certainly be returning.
Easily the best Jimmy John’s we’ve been to. Immediately upon entering we were greeted by 2-3 people. Our food was done within about a minute of ordering, and it was done well and tasted good. Then, both my husband and I had to use the restroom and they were the cleanest and well stocked bathrooms we’ve been to in a Jimmy John’s in a while. They had several people working that were all clearly working hard, even in between customers. These are some employees that take pride in the work they do! We were impressed.
Sandwich was basic. I expected much more. Got a Italian didn't have much flavor
