Went to order with no one in there waited 10 to 15 minutes and never got my sandwich, ask for my money back. Nobody in there was making sandwiches.
Such a great Jimmy John's!
My girlfriend and I normally have a great experience with this store. They’re normally super nice, and do a great job making our food, even when they’re slammed. On this past visit, however, that was unfortunately not the case. We ordered for pickup, got home super excited. Opened our Giant sized sandwiches (16”), only for my girlfriend to find that not only did they not add the free extra toppings she requested, there was almost no pickles or ranch, and the lettuce was slimy. Bought a turkey tom with provolone cheese mayo. Not enough meat. I couldn't even taste the turkey. Poor amount of meat for the $12 I paid.
