I placed a mobile order for three sandwiches, including one with a modification and another that was supposed to be cut in half. Unfortunately, none of the sandwiches were labeled, and they all looked exactly the same. This made it very difficult to figure out which sandwich belonged to whom while sitting in the car and trying to pass them out. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s. Slow and no care about taking care of customers
This particular establishment is unspeakably on there game. My man's had my sandwich finished, wrapped and ready before I was done with my order. They were suggestive, descriptive, and definitely thorough! The guys seemed they enjoyed there job, it was clean great environment and they even gave me a cookie cause they overheard i was having a bad day. This restaurant is amazing. Thanks guy! HEROiK
Dine in is extremely slow. They are no longer “freaky fast” took about 10 min to get our order. Very cold in the restaurant. I didn’t mind but it was cold Sandwich was not right had to send it back and the sandwich was thrown together. Not mad, just expected more out of jimmy johns. What made it more funny was two managers were sitting at a table watching it all unfold and didn’t seem to intervene.
