Order occasionally to work because of the delivery option— however, I’ve yet to have a painless experience thus far. I’ve never received it in a timely manner. Even started calling with plenty of notice and scheduling a timed delivery, still over a half hour beyond the scheduled delivery; leaving me no option but to cancel the order. Would not recommend using this location unless you’re desperate

Ordered a hour and half, still no sandwich. Was told they were too busy working on in house orders. Definitely not going to order again. That is no way to run a business putting your to go orders behind in house orders. Do them in the order they are received. Super disappointed.

I ordered an hour and 30 minutes ago and my order is STILL not out for delivery! The service here is terrible. I called after an hour and they said “we are busy, hopefully it’ll be out soon”. There is absolutely no reason a sandwich should take this long.

Horrible customer service. Ordered from this location 3 times, and all 3 times it has taken more than an hour to get my food. When I call to see where my order is, the employees are rude, just say it will be there soon, never actually check my order to see what's going on, and have never offered any form of compensation for my being unhappy with their service. The last 2 times I have ordered the #12 I can’t seem to find the guacamole on the sandwich. This is the reason I order it.

Last 2 times I've ordered, it's taken a long time to get food. They say they only have 1 driver, and I understand that but it causes people long wait times. Was 3 hours one time and it's been an hour and a half so far this time and I'm STILL waiting.

Very disappointed with my experience the other night. To start I got the wrong drink, then I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich because I'm allergic and low and behold I find 5 slices of tomatoe then my boyfriends sandwich wasn't even the right sandwich he ordered the gargantuan and got a roast beef sandwich.

Now the sandwiches are smaller. Every place has reduced their sizes. When do we get a reduced price!?!
