Cheap shoddy construction Old Mill crossing new braunfels. Cabinets falling apart, all kitchen and bathroom faucets needed to be replaced within 2 years of buying a brand new house. Air conditioner broke within 2 years. Upstairs shower was not installed correctly and leaked and required drywall to be Endless problems.
