Came in here a few days ago and the food and staff were AWSOME! Jasmine and Ryleigh were incredibly nice and helpful! While their Aloha burger and Kingston taco was delicious! We will absolutely be back!
I won a Jimmy Hula’s gift card in a silent auction, and always love to support businesses that donate to local organizations! i had the best lunch, my tacos were hot and freshly made. I did customize one of my tacos, and the cashier was very helpful in accommodating my substitutions. My lunch was delivered quickly, and it was prepared perfectly. The staff (mostly high school kids) were attentive, offered drink refill, and asked how my tacos were! Thanks Jimmy Hulas for serving me a great lunch!
Food was awesome but I will never return back. This restaurant is not for handicap customers with walkers. Luckily I was with friends. Staff VERY VERY UNPERSONALE. SAUCES missing from order and staff said they would bring some..never received. Needed refils, needed to go boxes...all had to be asked for up at the counter. The staff there, they act like they are being inconvenienced!!!! Reading other reviews..and the same complaint. MANAGEMENT ARE YOU NOT READING AND LISTENING?????
