I had the pleasure of having grilled oysters on the half-shell and they were great. This was my 1st experience with grilled oysters and I had to go back for 2nds. You can enjoy the bar area and watch the food being prepared right in front of you or you can sit in the main dining section. It's all good here.

I crave the oysters and crawfish when in season. The restaurant's U-shaped bar lends itself quite nicely to watching the preparation of the grilled oysters and boiling of crawfish. The crawfish are always boiled to perfection and seasoning can be added upon serving. It never disappoints when in season. The really star of the show is the grilled oysters. The crawfish are the very best in town and seasoned perfectly! They charge $6 per pound which is cheaper than a lot of other places serving meh crawfish. The grilled oysters are a favorite too and their food is always fresh! This is the go to place for crawfish, hands down!

The gumbo was pretty good and full of protein, and the appetizers (including grilled oysters - weird when accustomed to eating them raw in the northeast) were definitely tasty.
