Jimmy advised us not to do any major updates to our home built in the 70’s. We stuck with him for 6 months and 15 showings. No offers. Despite the fact that feedback consistently said updates were required, he still advised against them. His out-of-state assistant was slow to respond to our calls and made us feel that Jimmy’s needs were more valuable than ours. Switched realtors and received 2 offers in 9 days.
Jimmy Dugger tried to take advantage of my situation (was needing an instant buy) and offered me over 100k less than I ended up getting through another source and acted like I was ridiculous and didn't see the "favor" he was doing for me.
Jmmy D is a scam artist there’s honestly No other word to describe him he showed us a couple houses for a few days out of nowhere he showed us the perfect home that had him as representation I asked him if he was the seller he informed me and my wife that his company was the seller not him.
