Not reliable. Assistant couldn’t manage to write a coherent ad with correct spelling and details. Photos were not well done and staged pictures that were promised, never materialized over the long three months we were with this realtor. I’m leaving out other issues we had bc I’m trying to be nice.
Jimmy D Dugger is a phenomenal agent! We have photographed and filmed countless listings for him for over 11 years. We highly recommend his services!
Jimmy advised us not to do any major updates to our home built in the 70’s. We stuck with him for 6 months and 15 showings. No offers. Despite the fact that feedback consistently said updates were required, he still advised against them. His out-of-state assistant was slow to respond to our calls and made us feel that Jimmy’s needs were more valuable than ours. Switched realtors and received 2 offers in 9 days.
Jimmy Dugger tried to take advantage of my situation (was needing an instant buy) and offered me over 100k less than I ended up getting through another source and acted like I was ridiculous and didn't see the "favor" he was doing for me.
