Today we went to Jimmies Restaurant to celebrate my niece birthday in West Haven, Ct. The manager was very rude to us and asked us to leave. We told her we haven’t been treated like this since we been coming for 40years and the manager responded by saying “I been working here 40 years! We will never go back to Jimmies again!

You go to a seafood restaurant and order a kid's Mac and cheese plate. Seriously? Leave the fussy kid home or go eat at Golden Corral! Then complain about the buffet not being gormet! My wife and I go to Jimmies several times a year for their clam strips and their Cole slaw. I always order that, but my wife has tried several other seafood dishes and has never been disappointed. the best whole belly fried clams!
I was there on 9/15 food was excellent..we had shrimp cocktail huge shrimps, crab corn chowder very tasty, had the sirloin and stuffed shrimp it was great...my friend had the prime rib loved it. Moscato wine great also!
I grew up in the area. Jimmie’s is my favorite restaurant.
