Jimi was AMAZING to work with. She did a full intake to understand our budget and wants, which meant she was in lock step with us finding the type of house we really wanted. She was encouraging throughout, helped us craft great offers, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get things like inspections, loans, etc all handled and running smoothly. We truly loved worked with her! And got our dream house to boot!
Even though our budget was tiny, Jimi worked with us for years on researching houses. She was always quick to respond to my my random check-ins about new listings, offering great insight into why a house might look affordable but really be a money pit. When we finally found our needle in the haystack, she put in hard work getting our offer perfect for both us and the seller.
