We bought a car three weeks ago from Jimenez and we loved it. Both the car and the experience. The owner is a really friendly and pleasant man and everyone there seemed happy and helpful. My husband and I bought our dream car that we love for a really great, generous price. We came specifically to see one car in particular with an appointment and we happily took it home that day. He always returned my texts/calls and was great at getting back to me. Overall we are really happy with this buisness.
Don't waste your time, this guy will not return phone calls if you have a problem with the car after the sale. 2 months and still waiting on title for the car we bought
As I was "walking" by Jimenez Quality Cars...I walked in his office and slapped that worthless key on his desk. He sold it untagged ..and the car wouldnt start 9 outta 10 times. Thank gosh I have AAA! They were having to get it started the neighbors even kind strangers. Can U beleive Jimenez tried to get me to give him more $$$$ for the honda "they were fixing the oil leek on!!!!! I couldnt find his lot with the BBB either. He got it salvaged at auction for under 700$. He also lost the contract.
