Nothing about Jimboy’s is authentic from an ethnic perspective. They even call their tacos the “Original American Taco”, so if authenticity is your thing, Jimboy’s is not for you. If amazing tacos that taste great are your thing, then Jimboy’s is for you. My wife and I come to the Sacramento area several times a year and the first thing on my list each time is to go to Jimboy’s. Give me five Jimboy’s tacos and I’m a happy camper.
The best taco that you will ever eat!
It was my first experience eating Jimboy’s Tacos. All I can say is Bravo!!!! Only 3 people working and they were busting butt making tacos because the line was out the door. Thanks so much for the fabulous tasting tacos.
