I am done with Jimbo's and their hideous flimsy green bags in the produce section. I bought green beans yesterday, put them in the crisper and they turned brown overnight. When I returned them today I learned it is my fault for storing the beans in the green bag. Apparently since the bag is compostable, one should never store produce in the bag. I told the manager they need to post HUGE signs telling their customers about the evils of their new bags. #DONEWITHJIMBOS
This store will not let you in the store if you have a disability. They make their own “laws” & not abide by civil & local laws. They practice medicine w/out a medical license & impersonate law enforcement.
I don’t usually leave reviews unless they’re super positive, but I’m compelled to warn anyone and everyone not to shop here!!! Terrible terrible experience!! Absolutely awful customer service!
Doesn’t seem to care about protecting customers. Great organic and non gmo products and produce. Have been shopping jimbos since 2000 in Carmel valley and Carlsbad. However not happy that facial covering is not being made mandatory for all customers like other companies have in the midst of rising cases of covid in CA. Apparently anyone can say they have a medical condition and shop un-masked putting everyone else at risk. If this is not addressed I will take my business elsewhere.

Jimbo’s claims to sell the corpses and excretions of “happy healthy animals” yet their suppliers deprive animals of fresh air, food and water and allow them to go sick and untreated by antibiotics in order to label their corpses “antibiotic free” which does NOT mean disease free. Jimbo’s exploits innocent animals like pigs, cows, sea life, chickens, turkeys, ducks, bees and WHOever they can make a buck off of when they force them into a slaughterhouse.
Horrible how you treat people.....
