Terrible experience. Enter at your own risk. My vehicle came out with several chips and scratches all over the car. Won't ever be returning to this carwash again.
Horrible service. My vehicle is never clean I’m done coming here and the workers stole all my quarters out my middle counsel.
My mom recently travelled to Wisconsin this past weekend from Michigan and her sister took her here. This is what my mom had to say: "Had my car washed at this wonderful place. Not only did they wash the outside, but also vacuumed the inside, like spotless, and washed all windows inside and out, and wiped down the whole interior. Basically, detailed the whole car...price for this senior......$10.40. We NEED this in our area...we really do. First time at this type of place. They did a great job and my car wasn't even "ready" the way they asked but they worked around that. Couldn't be happier! great job guys. Keep it up!
I have been to Jimbo's countless times. Best service, kind courteous employees that get the job done ! My go-to when I'm in Riverwest / Eastside.
What a HORRIBLE customer service experience I had there yesterday.....never have been treated with such disrespect at an establishment where I was spending my money.....would NEVER go back and would encourage others to think twice and go to Octopus, where they are nice, courteous and RESPECTFUL!!!!! DISGUSTING!
