Jim is amazingly friendly, really treated us like family. He really does care and in our situation we had no credit but are very good on payments, he tried very hard successfully to get us what we wanted and did everything he could for us to feel comfortable making such a big choice. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking for an affordable choice. A big plus was his keeping in touch and showing total respect to my family. Will return for any further vehicles as long as he is around
