My wife and I had a great experience this past weekend. We purchased a 2013 F-150 through salesman Denny Small. He made the experience perfect and was on top of everything the entire time. This was our first purchase at Jim Xamis and it was the best buying experience we've both ever had. We are very happy with our purchase and couldn't of asked for a better salesman. Thanks to everyone at Jim Xamis that was involved, especially Denny Small.
We drive over 100 miles each way to do business with Xamis Ford because we rely on and trust Ed Seggelke. Just give him an idea of what you are looking for and he finds it. Wished we lived close enough to use their service department.
We have bought many cars over the years from Jim Xamis Ford. We always look for ED SEGGELKE. He is the BEST salesman. We buy our cars there because we like and trust Ed but we stay with Xamis for our maintenance needs because of the service department. It is the BEST service department. Rich Cruise is so helpful. Everyone in the service department is. (Sorry I don't remember everyone's names.)
It was my first time buying a vehicle and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in explaining the whole process and helping me through everything. After only a couple days I was driving off the lot in my vehicle. I was extremely pleased with how things went and will definitely return to them for any future car needs!

Their service department is a cut above the rest. They actually called to give us updates on our vehicle before and during repairs. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with this dealership! I'm from the Bloomington/Normal area, but it is worth the drive. The customer service is fantastic, and Denny Small went above and beyond to make purchasing a new car after my recent wreck a less stressful experience. I will never purchase another vehicle anywhere else.
