My husband and I bought a brand new 2016 RAV4 with help from Cara! She was friendly, helpful, and was willing to the leg work to get us just what we wanted! Everyone at Jim White has been kind and we are so glad we chose them!
Up to this point I have been very satisfied with the the service at Jim White until NOW I have been trying to get molding for my car since I bought the car in 2014. On my last visit for my warranty oil change the molding was falling off so Greg took the whole piece off. Went back in August waited 2 hours for them to tell me they sent the wrong color. Now I have called 5 times and have not received an answer other than we will call you when it comes in. Hope to get an answer soon
I was there for over an hour, the they tried charging me for my service when I have an extended warranty!
I want to say Meggie is the best car sales person I've ever had in my 36 years of being a licensed driver. What an asset to the Jim White family. I'm thankful she was there to help me with my new car purchase! Loving my 2016 Camry!!
