Right now Horrible, keep getting the run around and lied to, so inconsiderable don't return phone calls, just to say I'm still working on it and I will get back with you, tell you to come in and then dissappear in the building and have co-workers to lie for you is so childish. Setting certain people up for failure.....if can get my meaning.
I have worked for JWH for 18 years now and i think it is an awesome place that cares about their employees. Great place if you are looking for a change.
I purchased my truck from Dave white and noticed check engine light was on immediately. I was "promised" they would fix any and all issues free to me. They have had my truck basically immediately since I purchased it. They first sent vehicle to Midas which swore up and down they could not find any issues. We received a recall notice from Honda for a drive-shaft replacement and while my daughter was home from University for the weekend, we scheduled that repair with Jim White Honda's Service (JWH). JWH conducted a "Honda Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection". On this day, our technician was ****. Looking at the report you are referring to, The coolant flush and the brake fluid exchange are recommended services at the time/mileage intervals that are presently due/past due on your Accord. This is the reason those services were recommended when your vehicle was here for it's recall service. The brakes were recommended as a result of actual brake pad measurement of 3mm's left of pad left. We do not opt for mileage guessing on when your brakes are due to be replaced. I went in on 3/16/21 because my car was not starting at times. I told ***** **** that the guys I work with said to have them check my starter. Her response was " Oh, and they know it all". She said it would be $130 for a diagnostic test and would take 3 hours. An hour later she told me it was the battery and charged me $275 which she took $30 off the test. I've spoken with the technician that worked on your car for the battery and he did say that the battery test came back as marginal. In other-words if your car sits for a period of time it may fall below the acceptable threshold of voltage and therefore...not have enough power to start the car.
