Yesterday my grandmother and I went to Jim White Honda for the first time. I reached out the day before for some quick questions and spoke with Erin. She was extremely polite and knowledgeable and respected that we were making the trip from Findlay Ohio. But our visit yesterday is what made a lasting impression on us. I am absolutely disgusted with Jim White Honda. After receiving conflicting information from different individuals at this dealership we did exactly what they told us to do in order to purchase a car that was leased with the option to purchase. Honda had no problem taking my money with the agreement to sell me the vehicle and send me the title in 4-6 weeks. It has been over 2 months now and after reaching out several times we have been told they will not sell us the vehicle and they have not returned my money.
I was there recently for an oil change and rotation. They did the oil change..I think but not the rotation. I thought it was strange it only took 20 minutes for both. I let them know about it in the survey they sent me and said I wouldn't be back. Kind of unusual not to hear back from the service manager. I no longer trust them and won't give them anymore of my money!
Great experience with Jim White Honda. Tony and Sean were awesome! If you need a car go see them!!
