Traveling had something go wrong and was losing power. We limped it into the Chevy dealer who was swamped and could not get us fixed right away. Matt called the GMC dealer and got us right in. We were back on the road within an hour. Very grateful for everyone, the outstanding customer service. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

From my initial contact with Andy to signing with Sam and then taking delivery of my new Tahoe with Adam this was hands down my best vehicle purchase! Quick, easy and very pleasant.
My first purchase at Jim Wernig Inc. was in 1988. I have bought several vehicles there over the years but moved to Traverse City awhile back. I specifically returned to Wernig's for this purchase because they have always been a great dealership to work with and they did not disappoint me even though almost all of the staff is new since my last purchase.
