Our 2021 Blazer had a reoccurring problem that no one could, or would, diagnose. We Live in Grayling but the Dealer there, LaFontaine, refused to help us with our GM Customer Service Case, with the owner telling us "Nothing was wrong with our car". We went to Jim Wernig Chevy in Gaylord and Steve Henski the Service Manager went above and beyond to help us. Oil change was normal, little disappointed about not getting my tires rotated. There was only 2 guys working and they said it would be a while before they could get to it. But said to come back another time and see if I could get them done. So I guess I'll be back again to see if I can get them rotated.
Purchasing our new vehicle from Jim Wernig has been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Casey Hogan is an awesome sales associate-he was attentive to my concerns and questions from the initial test drives, through financing, vehicle options, and the all important technical support for someone my age. From start to finish on getting into my new lease vehicle, everyone I dealt with was amazing. Andrew, Jake and Kevin are a great team. Jim Wernig will be my go to and I'll let friends and family know they'd be well taken care of there as well.
I found my truck online and Bob arranged to get it to their dealership. Like I told Kevin and Bob, "This is how I buy my vehicles. I find them, I buy them, no test drive needed because that is how I roll." Kevin and Bob honored the way I bought my vehicles and it was nice to have a smooth transaction.
