Extremely thorough and knowledgeable! This is our 5th house we've lived in. Every time we had an inspection. Jim was by far the best inspector we've ever worked with! By the time he was done, we knew exactly what we were buying. His report was over 50 pages complete with photos. Not that we're planning on moving anytime soon, but when we do, he's the only inspector we're calling. Thank you Jim for doing such a great job!
