I've asked Frank T. of Jim Trombly plumbing to install a gas line (fireplace insert) and utility sink. Frank emailed me promptly and to make sure all the details were taken care of. All the work was done ahead of schedule while coordinating with a City inspector, electrician and the insert installers. A slight problem with the utility sink, but they came out within a couple of days to correct the fitting and all the work was at a very reasonable rate.
