I would like to say how unacceptable the service department at Jim Trenary in Troy Missouri is. The unaccommodating way that they treat people is both arrogant and rude. The other GM dealer in town is much more customer friendly! We actually went to Marquitz Motors first, they happily diagnosed the problem with no charge, but didn't have the part to fix it. They sent us to Jim Trenary to get the part, and we decided to have Jim Trenary's service department do the work. Right away the service attendant, Tyson had an attitude.... read more
Make sure you know what your getting before you buy – I think They have lots of Issues and take advantage Of people! then when it comes time to repair of fix your new car they say Oh did you pay for it , you know taht cost extra!! what the He** it was on the car when I bought it so Yes I paid for it!!
