Awful Service I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received. My service advisor was Rick Moore. He was pleasant enough, but either he was putting up a front or just was not intelligent. I own a Ford Focus, so when I had problems I decided to go to Ford. Awesome dealer I bought my Ford Ranger from Jim Tidwell Ford, the experience was amazing, although I did have to do a little haggling with them. I had an issue with the truck, took it to my local Ford dealer. They misdiagnosed the problem. After fighting with them, I drove the truck to Jim Tidwell Ford's service center. A day later they had the problem fixed. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy or have their Ford serviced.
