Friendly customer service reps however... After 3 visits and $3000.00 later. The leak I brought my truck in for is still leaking. I appreciate the friendly people but would have preferred my truck to be fixed. Ultimately I discovered it was over filled with oil and seeping out the rear main. I'm suspicious this was the issue all along and never required the $3000.00 fix that was applied. I also found that they did not put the correct fluid in my engine coolant reservoir. There is a reason they are known a stealerships, and this place is the epitome of those reasons. Ridiculous prices. Shoddy work. A vehicle that leaves more broken than when it came in. And they refuse to acknowledge their incompetence. Over filled fluids POURING from a rebuilt transmission. Broken retainer clips on wiring harnesses causing check engine lights. Made an appointment. Drove over on time and was told that there were no mechanics available to do warranty (service) work. Truck has less than 6,000 and is intermittently leaking gas. Bought three vehicles from this dealership when it was Tidwell and had great experiences. Hope Group1 gets better. The dealership is very conveniently located. Honestly, Tesla has great service. Ford’s parasitic dealers will probably kill off what is a great American manufacturer.

I have been taking my car here for years and have always received top notch service. Shout out to my new favorite service technician Duston Greenway. I recently lost my husband of 38 years, and Duston has kept my car running through this difficult time. Not only is he knowledgeable but he is also kind. Highly recommend

I had problem that I needed help with and I can not say enough nice things about Customer Service Mgr. Carol Neumann gave me. She really went above and beyond to see that my special needs were met. Her professionalism shines. Service like this is World Class Service and everyone feels that they are special at Group 1 Ford. I can not say thank you enough for the attention.
