I typically go to Krause Family Ford in Woodstock, but I figured I'd give this location a try since it's closer to my home. I ordered a trailer wiring harness from Ford and paid to have it installed. Scheduling the appointment was super easy and they had tons of availability. The problems started when I took my car in to get the job done. I brought my 2023 F150 in for routine service on 7/14. My touchscreen display recently stopped working so I also asked them to fix that because the truck has less than 15k miles on it. I was told electrical diagnostics on the touchscreen would take 1-3 days. On 7/16 I received an update that maintenance was done and it was just now being sent over to the electrical tech for diagnostics. This place needs to get it 2gether!!!! Why is it 2hrs for a freakin oil chage, gee wiz!! So unprofessional full of crap!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! Following up, I have to give Josh kudos for being honest with me! Does not happen here that much. Did his best to make it righr, much appreciated. Still irritated though.
