Can’t get any call back on status of car in service. Called multiple times been over a week with no answer. Every time I call I’m told someone will call me back with update. Nada nothing.

Kennesaw Ford advertises that they support small businesses. As the owner of one, here’s clear proof they could not care less. I previously left positive reviews, but two recent experiences with my work trucks have changed that completely. Alignment truck: Dropped off for a front-end alignment. They kept it several days and told me it was completed and fine. Driving it was worse than before, with severe tire cupping. Don’t think about waiting on site for any service. Even an oil change will take you 2 hours. Anything more than that and you need to count on at least 4! Also, you walk in and 4 people with empty desks just stare at their computer and wait on someone else to offer you help.
