I have been taking my car here for years and have always received top notch service. Shout out to my new favorite service technician Duston Greenway. I recently lost my husband of 38 years, and Duston has kept my car running through this difficult time. Not only is he knowledgeable but he is also kind. Highly recommend

I typically go to Krause Family Ford in Woodstock, but I figured I'd give this location a try since it's closer to my home. I ordered a trailer wiring harness from Ford and paid to have it installed. Scheduling the appointment was super easy and they had tons of availability. The problems started when I took my car in to get the job done. The receptionist had told me it should take around 2-3 hours, so I planned to wait it out at the shop.
