They don’t honor extended warranties and will not fix your issue
We were unfortunate to have "coolant intrusion" into the cylinders error code on our Ford Escape and stopped at Group 1 Ford to see our options. Ford Motor Corporation, although they admit it is their design flaw and they are at fault, will provide no assistance to the car owners with this problem. The fix is a new engine for nearly $10,000.
