I brought my 2017 Ford Focus in for a recall repair involving the oil belt tensioner. Due to parts being on back order, my car ended up being there for about a month. While the wait was longer than expected, the dealership did provide me with a Ford Bronco as a loaner for the entire time, which I really appreciated. AMAZING service! Jonny went above and beyond in every way. Not only was the car maintenance excellent, but his communication and care were outstanding, he took the time to explain exactly what should be done as well as provide me an adequate timeline on how long the car may be with service dept. He ensured, I had a rental and walked me through the entire process. he even called to remind me to make sure I had gas in the car, before returning the rental vehicle. I am writing this as a very disappointed customer. Over the past three weeks, I have wasted my time three different times, and the level of service I’ve received is completely unacceptable. First visit: I brought in my Ford F-450, a new truck with only 6,000 miles, for a simple oil change, an alignment check, and a recall for the A/C compressor.
