5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Not Malloy's fault but I brought the car in two days before Thanksgiving and got it back the week of the 10th of January, So I was very satisfied by repair (so far!) ,but disgruntled by having a 5K rental bill and the need to get an employee to drive from Kentucky to Winchester to turn in rental aspic up car! 5 Star : Customer Service 5 Star : Returned Clean

0 Star : My Experience Start of experience with Ethan was great. However, after that my vehicle was delayed because the vehicle wasn’t torn apart to be assessed at once.. It was torn apart in stages and four different request had to be submitted. Instead of one week, it took three weeks. I would ask for updates but no one would call me or reply to my emails.
