0 Star : My Experience Start of experience with Ethan was great. However, after that my vehicle was delayed because the vehicle wasn’t torn apart to be assessed at once.. It was torn apart in stages and four different request had to be submitted. Instead of one week, it took three weeks. I would ask for updates but no one would call me or reply to my emails. The one time I did get a call was to tell me they needed more time and was asking me for the rest of the money after I put almost $3000 down the first day. I had a check... read more
