Generally pleased with the service and quality of work. 4 Star : Customer Service Generally pleased with the customer service. Most of the service people are under stress because of the volume of cars needing repair.
5 Star : My Experience Malloy went above and beyond to make this a great experience. I will be sure to recommend them to my friends. If ever the need arises Malloy collision will be my go to auto body repair shop.

5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Not Malloy's fault but I brought the car in two days before Thanksgiving and got it back the week of the 10th of January, So I was very satisfied by repair (so far!) ,but disgruntled by having a 5K rental bill and the need to get an employee to drive from Kentucky to Winchester to turn in rental aspic up car! 5 Star : Customer Service 5 Star : Returned Clean
