My family had an ***extremely*** bad experience with Jim Striegel. My parents dealt with Jim in selling their house. They signed a seller representation agreement with Jim. That contract eventually ended without a successful sale, and my parents subsequently found another agent. After an eventual successful sale, Jim sent my parents a Buyer's Representation Agreement that my parents have no recollection ever signing or agreeing to. Dealing with Jim was a pleasure. Real Estate deals can be a VERY complicated process and Jim walks clients through the entire process and is always upfront. As I sit writing this review, I noticed a couple of very negative and damning reviews and can only wonder how people had such a negative experience and what part THEY played in their unpleasant experiences. We have purchased both homes through Jim Striegel. Both experiences were amazing. He kept us in the loop the entire process and really had our best interest at heart. I would absolutely recommend him!
Last June I met with Jim Striegel to discuss buying a new home in the Flower Mound area. I told him that first I needed to sell my home but was worried that I wouldnt get the money I wanted. He assured me that he would get my home the most exposure and sold at the highest price. Together we agreed on a fair price and then started looking at homes in Flower Mound.
