We recently stayed in a VRBO managed by Stevens Realty and we have never stayed someplace so dirty and with so many problems. The grout and baseboards are all filthy and gross. The shower in the master bath stopped working; you can't pull down the knob to turn it on. The air vents were so filthy inside that we were afraid to use the heat or air, so we shut it off. The bed headboard in the master bedroom was hanging by a thread and fell off when my wife sat on the bed. We had to screw it back together and get an Allen wrench ... read more
