Straight forward and excellent work. They take care of the little things that you don’t ask for and are quick to tell you if you ask for things you don’t really need. Honest human first shop - totally recommend. Be ready to take a bit of time at drop off and pick up - they may take some time to connect to the humans ahead of you - and you too when it’s your turn.
Of all the auto services I've used, Jim's Start-up is the only place I take our autos. He's very capable, honest as the day is long. If you haven't used his service, you are missing out.
Jim and his partner are phenomenal. Brought my car in to have it checked due to a strange noise that I was at my wits end over. As soon as I'd handed the keys over and filled out paperwork, I knew my car was in good hands. I had also left really detailed notes about my car, and Jim took the time to read through all of my notes, took my car for a good long drive so he could hear what I was hearing, got it up on his hoist and ruled out wheel bearings.
