GP Automotive takes care of everything quickly and professionally. This is the only place I will belting a vehicle in Grants Pass. They are honest and helpful. As a mother with young children the shuttle transportation is so helpful.

The mechanic who poorly performed the job and then argued with me about the loose panel was the biggest problem. 1 Star : Customer Service When we came to pick up our car, the panel you had replaced was loose on the rear portion. I pointed this out and had to argue the point with three of your employees before the part was correctly secured. Not an enjoyable experience!
