5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 5 Star : Customer Service Jim Siegel did great on the body work. Audi of Wilsonville did not do good work and was still malfunctioning when they returned it to Jim Siegel. The car is still being worked on at the moment. It was shipped back to Audi to be worked on. The only thing I have to complain about Jim Siegel is their lower vehicle but it was the only one they had left.

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality 2 Star : Customer Service The repairs were fine. The interior detailing lacked a lot. There was still glass under seats and in door pockets. There was still mud on many areas of the door panel. The recess for the cup holder was still full of water. The wheel trim caps were still caked with mud. Glass that was cleaned from interior was thrown in the bed. Took about three hours to get all cleaned up

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Only because of the communication 5 Star : Repair Quality The one thing I did not like was that they did not stay in touch with me enough about what was going on with the car. I had to calll to find out what was going on and I kept getting a recording a lot. 2.5 Star : Customer Service The communication could have been better with what was going on with my car 5 Star : Returned Clean
