For what it's worth, I contacted North Hills Toyota and asked about a brand new 2026 truck that I wanted to buy, and even told them I had 30K cash to put down. I was told me they had none that I wanted and referred me to another dealer in another state, and said what I was looking for was not that good of a truck. Shorkey Toyota Service is terrible. I purchased a certified used vehicle and the transmission went at 83k miles. After having my vehicle there for one full week just to determine if it’s covered or not, the transmission is on back order and the Shorkey service manager will not cover a loaner vehicle while I wait 1-3 months for the transmission. Hardly great customer service.
With the intention of trading in my 2018 RAV4 and upgrading to a new RAV4, I went to the dealership where I had bought my first RAV from. That turned out to be a less than pleasant experience but I really wanted the car! Lucky for me I ended up finding the exact same Rav4 XLE Premium at the Jim Shorkey website. Way way big prices...overpriced ...avoid this dealer ...better deals ...ANYWHERE BUT HERE
Jen and Bob were amazing! I had a bit of a unique situation but they were wonderful in all the troubleshooting. Throughout the process there were a few complications that I threw at them but Jen always made sure I was comfortable with the process and how the deal was changing. It was very easy to talk and work with the team there and they continue to support me after the sale!
