Not usually one to leave reviews but felt like I had to share mine. Recently just tried trading my vehicle in, although I'm very aware I had many hoops to go through with it to begin with I feel like they made it much harder and more complicated. My experience with the sales manager was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the beginning, his communication came across as aggressive, condescending, and unnecessarily confrontational. Rather than creating a respectful and productive sales experience, his approach made the interaction uncomfortable. I have never felt this upset in my life. They deceived me and wasted two months of my time. They told me the vehicle would arrive in two weeks, but it took two months; even though the agreement was for a $510 monthly payment, they quoted me $610 when we sat down to finalize the deal.
