My husband and I recently bought a used vehicle at Shorkey Toyota with Malcolm. He was fantastic! No pressure, and had answers to all our questions. He was very helpful throughout the process. The whole thing was easy and painless. Best car buying experience by far.
Great experience with Malcom at Jim Shorkey Toyota. Malcom started the vehicle search with me via phone and it led to a test drive at one of their dealerships. Malcom took the time to really listen and was very helpful in the car buying process. Special shout out to the finance manager who handled the sale!!
I'm very upset with the service that played out with my emission test for my sticker. Brakes needing replaced after getting new brakes on last visit....400.00 for transmission fluid to be replaced due to 60,000 miles. Toyota has a lifetime on fluid....rotate tires/ alignment 400.00.....had to sign up for loan....paid with my debit some, Bob paid some on his debit.....and was never told they would be taking additional down payment of 350.00......just heads up people....SCAM CITY ....Very surprised, won't be back and will cont... read more
I find it fairly strange that Jim Shorkey Toyota in North Hills was unwilling to even discuss a cursory offer for my 99,000 original mile 26 year old Toyota Tacoma without it being brought into the dealership. First dealership in my life that I have come across who is not equipped to handle any form of negotiation remotely, including competing dealers in the Pittsburgh region who took the time to ask what documents and photos I had prepared to give an idea of the truck's condition.
