Sales people are sales people, my problem is with the service department, very hard to talk to and work with in any way. If you work hard for your money this is not the place to buy from.
I've made three separate trips for appointments and spent $1,400 for diagnosis and repair of a problem that still exists. I've wasted hours of my time. The technician misdiagnosed the issue and only part guessed a solution. He completely misdiagnosed the issue wasting my time and money and I still have the same problem I came in with the first time. I am 100% unsatisfied with my experience. I think the technicians are untrained. The service advisor is unhelpful. And the manager who I left 3 voicemails for never called me bac... read more
I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I purchased a new Toyota here, and after spending around $30,000, I left feeling like the process was not as clear or straightforward as it should have been. One major frustration is that I believed I was buying a 2025 model, but later realized I had purchased a 2024. I also left with the impression that oil changes and tire rotations were included for as long as I owned the vehicle, only to later find out that the coverage ends at 25,000 miles. Worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Was straight up lied to from the sales staff. The service department just took 5 hours to cut"all 4 rotors". Strange thing about that is... My Tacoma has drum brakes on the rear wheels. There must be 2 extra rotors somewhere that I'm not aware of. From what I've seen so far, Shorkey Toyota thinks everyone is stupid and will just blindly accept all their bullshit. I would caution everybody in the Pittsburgh area to buy from a different dealership.
I would suggest not going here for service. I’m not sure about purchasing a car but their service department is dysfunctional weighted five hours for an oil change in a state inspection misplaced my mats and when they found it, they lied about them losing it. The front desk girl was more concerned about eating pizza than getting her job done with not recommend.
