I purchased a truck yesterday at Jim Shorkey Chevy on route 8 and had a great experience. I went in with the intent of looking at a Silverado and an F150 and making a decision after looking at both and I never made it to the Ford dealer. I walked in and was greeted by Brian Shaffer who was my sales guy for the day. Whatever stereotype of car salesmen is out there, Brian is the complete opposite of whatever that is. The collision center was PHENOMENAL!!! Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The fixed my car back to 110% (looked better than when I bought it) and they also fixed my key fob even though that wasn’t part of the job they were doing. They went above and beyond and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you to everyone who worked on my car and the wonderful people behind the desk as well!!
I went in for an oil change and left with a new toe link and new brakes. (My car now handles better and stops.) Thank you service dept. and mechanics for checking out my whole car instead of just doing the work that was requested. I am a very satisfied customer. Very glad I was treated like family by everyone. (Salesman: Jason Huffman; service: Zach Lantz and Ray Peterson). I highly recommend this dealership for all of your automotive needs.
Bought a brand new Tahoe in Sept 2025. When the weather changed I noticed the heat wasn’t working properly….the beginning of an 2 1/2 month ordeal and VERY cold Dec & Jan. They didn’t know when the part would come in. I had to follow up several times to get updates. I reached out the the GM to discuss the situation, NO response. Eventually, I was told mid Jan.
