By far the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership. I never feel like I’m being “upsold” for maintenance. I’ve leased and owned from BMW and Honda in the past, and Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi in North Hills is by far my favorite experience. The service staff is friendly and considerate, and they even sent a mini video to show why I needed new tires and a new filter. I look forward to taking my car there and consider it a place to relax and catch up on things why my vehicle gets some expert attention!
All in all, A1 service today. Bobby from sales and Isaac in financing were very knowledgeable and friendly. I knew what amenities I wanted and they found me the best vehicle and pricing. Hands down the best and fastest experience I've ever had when purchasing a new vehicle! Thank You!

I was here on May 15th to buy a pre-owned vehicle. Bobby was my salesman and he was a good man. Patient, polite and respectful. Crystal in financing was very good. Great sense of humor and friendly. Unfortunately less than 2 weeks later, today May 30th I had to bring the Nissan Rogue I purchased in for service on the power lift gate that doesn't work. The repair is pending..... To be continued.....
