The sales manager Matus was very respectful and professional when dealing with my immense frustration. He made the situation right. I would go back there to specifically see him.
They’ve helped us out in tough spots. Great staff and always friendly and empathetic. Only thing I’m bummed about is the recent visit they didn’t find what was wrong. Said everything was fine, or at least it wasn’t acting up for them, but the shifting problem is still happening. I used to work in car service myself though and I know how that goes. Purchased my 2022 Nissan Rogue off of the incredible Bruce Pittman! Bruce was so kind, patient, and honest. It was a joy working with him and finding the car for me. He did not pressure me, he did not hold my feet to the fire to make a purchase, he just told me all the details, got the price for me and we went from there. It was simple and a great experience.
