The best and fastest service ever. My car has multiple things done and it was all done in an hour. I was shocked.
If I could give -5 stars I would. This place is a total joke. They always say nothing wrong with my car like I'm motor 2 years ago the end of March said it was fine beginning of June it blew up. Also always telling me my Transmission is fine when its defiantly not. Tells me they dont feel or see anything wrong when there is very obviously something wrong. Their customer is service is total CRAP! Highly DO NOT recommend this place at all.
The only good thing about my visit to Jim Shorkey was our sales person, Nick, who is no longer with them. We bought two cars back in February, and after that is when it went downhill. My fiancé and I kept calling him Shorkey over his car because we never got papers from the loan company. Well, we kept calling Jim Shorkey and calling because our loan company said they never got the rest of the paperwork. 3 hours for an oil change and inspection is outrageous. We showed up at our scheduled appointment time of 12pm which was done through their online scheduling portal. However, the service guy told us we weren’t on the schedule. luckily we had proof, but of course they were all going to lunch at 12. We drove an hour for the appointment, so we weren’t leaving.
