I have been a customer of the Service Manager Mark Mathews for over 12 years. I have never felt the need to scrutinize work that was recommended by him or his Service Advisors because they don’t push you into unnecessary services. If I ever had an issue I thought wasn’t right or I just didn’t understand, he is always there. If you don’t understand the Service Advisors, ask Mark. If you feel like you are not being heard, just ask for Mark.
Had bought a car there previously loved it. Ended up Trading it in and they could only give me a Mitsubishi eclipse cross se. This SUV is cramped and not a great value for the vehicle among other things. (Back up camera looks like it's from a Nokia phone) Called the next day to try and get back into my car and was told I would have to pay 2,000$ and have my new payment increased to 80 dollars more than current payment. Recently worked with Jen Davis on finding the right suv for my family. She was the absolute best! She was mindful of my price range, what features I wanted and took her time showing me different options, test driving several and doing comparisons. Awesome place to buy a car. I came in to check out some cheap cash cars off of the trade in lot in an attempt to avoid having a monthly payment. After working with Andy I did end up leaving with a car payment, but at an insanely low number that I'll barely notice leaving my bank account. Also in a much nicer, cleaner and lower mileage ride than I ever expected to be driving home today. I'll definitely be back for my next one.
