Jim's did a great job fixing a mangled gold chain. Repair was quick and reasonable. Service prompt and friendly.
Very disappointed in customer service. Came in to find a men’s wedding band and was met with very rude and unfriendly service.
So glad to have found Jim’s Jewelers! They resized my wedding set and did everything in house. I dropped off my rings on a Saturday and picked them up on Wednesday! Friendly staff, fair pricing, and my rings look brand new! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

This is now my go to for jewelry and jewelry repair. Dropped off a gold bracelet to get fixed and it was done the next day. It was repaired and polished making it look brand new again. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Jim’s to anyone looking for repairs or for new purchases. Have a pendant being custom made and i can’t wait to see how dazzling it is.
