I have used Jim’s Jewelers for many years. I have had items repaired, resized and most importantly new jewelry created from heirloom pieces. I am always pleased with their customer service and quality!
Jim's did a great job fixing a mangled gold chain. Repair was quick and reasonable. Service prompt and friendly.
Very disappointed in customer service. Came in to find a men’s wedding band and was met with very rude and unfriendly service.
