Switched dealerships I just wanted to compliment Nancy Fonner on always doing a wonderful job. I think she is a excellent salesperson. I have been buying Toyotas for several years and I use to purchase my vehicles elsewhere in Steubenville, I was at a golf tournament at Oglebay and decided to look around your lot. Nancy was a breath of fresh air. She wasn't pushy or talked down to me as an older customer. I am now a Jim Robinson customer for the rest of my car buying needs.
