RecommendedI just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff for saving me today. After picking my kiddos up from school, my low tire pressure light came on. By the time we got home I could hear air leaving the tire. I pulled into Western Auto 3 minutes before they were scheduled to close and they very kindly, stayed 20 min. past closing and patched my tire. Thank you all for being so helpful!

This place has amazing customer service. Today I needed a to put break fluid in my car (which I’ve done several times on my own) but today I could NOT get the lid off under the hood. Panicked, I found the closest garage and politely asked if someone could help me. Two minutes later a gentleman comes outside with me IN THE RAIN to help me out, free of charge.
