Express oil and filter change. Everything was handled professionally from taking the order to delivery. Car washed. Total time 45 minutes same as estimate.
i came in to have my oil changed on a Saturday morning. Service was good. My only request would be that they offer coffee for those waiting.
I am a regular customer, so it was very nice to be recognized and greeted by name by Sonny when I pulled in. Jim Brewer always treats me great! My car was ready in approx. a hour and a half just as Jim promised!
The oil change special was brought to my attention by a friend. It was worth the ride, I live in Chesterfield, Mi. 23 Mile and Baker Road, at 51989 Kristen. This was not a two minute ride.
My experience was pleasent, except for a service person complaining about the number of customers being sent back to the write up desk. Poor showing of your attitude towards your customers. W/O customers you would not be needed.
Great, had my oil changed, they promised one hour and it was one hour and 10 minutes when completed.

I came in for an oil change. I was written up immediately, the service only took about a half an hour. The service technician was friendly.
As always very friendly people handled getting my oil changed and tires rotated! They also returned a freshly washed vehicle to me.
