My Experience of buying our first brand new car 2023 RAV4 Prime from JP was very good service by sales up to the time we sat down with Finance(which was not really necessary as we paid cash) And were subjected to some very high pressure tactics to buy very expensive warranty. $4K As soon as we said no to that it was like a dark cloud descended on our experience. Price hike for oil is laughably absurd. The price here used to be competitive. In both January and June of 2022, I bought 0w20 oil for $7.32/L. Now in December 2022, they claim they've raised the price twice this year, and that it's now $13.50/L. Almost double in less than six months. Went down the street and got Mobil1 0w20 (pretty much exactly the same recipe) for $7.39/L. They can certainly try to explain this away as supply chain issues or inflation, but trying to justify charging double is simply disingenuous. Straight ... read more
Rarely answer the phone, never respond to e-mail requests for parts. service is always slow. They do get you your parts eventually though so better than nothing?
