Dealt with Cody in Service Dept. Very experienced, knowledgeable, patient and helpful.. While I waited, I got to watch him deal with three others and two of them were tough, demanding customers. He listened well, acknowledged their issues beautifully and calmed them right down and they went away feeling heard and happy. Give that man a raise, you’re lucky to have him there! Paul Meyers.
I took my car to buy a small, simple part and dealt with Roland he was extremely helpful and courteous and came out to install it on my Outback. Then I also ended up booking my car up for for a possible repair. Excellent service thanks Roland.
Fine dealership. Did not have a good experience. Test drove a 2025 crosstrek around a month ago, and did not appreciate the aggressive sales practices and arm twisting to get a deal done immediately. I was told “these cars sell themselves”, “I can guarantee that it won’t be here tomorrow and it’ll be sold by this afternoon”.
