"Too busy" for a retorque. One of the safety hazard why wheels comes at any given time. I understand youre busy, but a retorque is a must once you take off wheels on any vehicle. I guess theres no room for a quick 2 minutes to walk around the car. Correct me if im wrong. Im disappointed.
